Kenny Rushing Launches the Buy American Real Estate Tour to Help People Make Money with the American Dream

Inspired to help people learn how they can make money buying and selling real estate, Kenny Rushing has launched the Buy American Real Estate Tour. The first event, which will feature Rushing and 28 of the country’s foremost real estate investing experts, is slated for May 6-8 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Tampa.

It is an ideal time to be in real estate because you can buy it at inexpensive prices. It is profitable to rent the properties for maximum cash flow.

America is for sale at a steep discount, and right now is the best time to buy real estate in decades. This is the mindset of Kenny Rushing, the founder of Rush Capital Fund in Tampa who buys and sells properties nationwide. Inspired to help people learn how they can make money doing the same, Rushing has launched the Buy American Real Estate Tour. The first event, which will feature Rushing and 24 of the country’s foremost real estate investing experts, is slated for May 6-8 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Tampa.

“During the real estate boom, you could put a sign in front of dog house and sell it,” Rushing said. “Today, you need new strategies that are working because if you don’t, you won’t make money – and believe me, there is plenty of money to be made.

“There is a perception that nobody is making money in real estate, yet lots of leading economists, including Warren Buffett, say that this is a good time to buy,” Rushing said. “Interest rates are low and there are bargain basement properties available because of the amount of foreclosures. Banks need to sell off these properties, and people can learn strategies about how to do this at the Buy American Real Estate Tour.”

At the Buy American Real Estate Tour, first-time homeowners will gain useful information about why it’s the best time to buy, what a buyer’s market means, how to buy short sale or foreclosure homes at steep discounts and how to obtain a mortgage among other techniques. Investors will have a chance to learn what is working today to make money from Rushing and 24 other national real estate experts.

Rushing offers numerous examples of how he has recently made money – like the REO home he bought in February for $4,000 and sold it for $15,500 and the REO home he purchased for $16,000 in January and sold it within a week for $32,000.

“Three weeks ago, I made $125,000 on a deal without using any of my own cash or credit. I bought the property with a partner’s money, then I sold off a percent of my equity for $125,000,” Rushing explained. “This week, I’m selling 4 Florida REO homes to an Australian buyer for a $17,500 profit.

“I’m partners in a 351-unit apartment building that I bought for $857,000 and it is now worth $2.5 million in the same condition as when it was purchased,” Rushing added.

Anyone – even a novice – can get involved in buying and selling distressed real estate, which is a subject that will be addressed at the Buy American Real Estate Tour.

“If you know how to structure the deal, you can get started assigning contracts without using any of your cash or credit,” Rushing said. “In addition, if you find a good deal, you can partner with others who can offer the cash to buy with you receiving an equity part of the deal acting as a promoter.

“It is an ideal time to be in real estate because you can buy it at inexpensive prices. It is profitable to rent the properties for maximum cash flow,” Rushing added. “You can also buy them, rehab them and sell to first-time home buyers who qualify for an FHA mortgage. Also, if you are a good prospector, you can find deals and wholesale them to other investors for a profit.”

Rushing named his event the Buy American Real Estate Tour because he is striving to change the mindset of Americans who believe that real estate is no longer an ideal investment.
